returns and exchanges

because everything in our shop is small-batch and made with care, all sales are final. we don't accept returns or exchanges on general orders.

that said, we're a small business that genuinely cares about your experience. if something goes wrong, we will make it right.

if your order arrives damaged: take a photo and contact us at hello@eviepaperco.com within 7 days of delivery. we'll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.

if we sent the wrong item: that one's on us, completely. contact us within 7 days and we'll get the right item to you right away.

a few other things:

  • we are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier, but we will do our best to help you track it down
  • if your package is marked delivered but didn't arrive, contact us and we'll figure it out together
  • we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery
