Refund policy
Because each item is small-batch and made with care, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on general orders.
That said, we are committed to making sure you have a great experience with Evie Paper Co. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@eviepaperco.com with a photo of the item and packaging.
You may choose between:
- A replacement item, or
- A full refund
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will ship the correct item at no additional cost.
Shipping Issues
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us and we will assist you in locating it
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
