Processing Time
All orders are small-batch and packed with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

During busy seasons or around market dates, processing times may be extended. If there is a delay, we will communicate updates via email.

Shipping Rates
Orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please wait 24 hours, as carriers may mark packages as delivered before arrival.

If your package is still missing after this time, please contact us at hello@eviepaperco.com and we will assist you.
